The first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread (Chag HaMatzot) is the 15th day of the Biblical month of Nisan (Abib), immediately following Passover. It's a holy day called a "High Sabbath" or "holy convocation," where regular work is ceased. This day marks the start of seven days of eating unleavened bread.
"Then on the fifteenth day of the same month there is the Feast of Unleavened Bread to Yahweh; for seven days you shall eat unleavened bread. On the first day you shall have a holy convocation; you shall not do any laborious work." - Leviticus 23:6,7
