Secret Society Comedy transforms unique spaces into a pop-up comedy club, featuring nationally touring headliners alongside the best regional and local talent. No two shows are the same: different rooms, different vibes, always a high-level comedy experience.

Past headliners include comedians who went on to appear on The Daily Show, Saturday Night Live, Netflix, America’s Got Talent, The Joe Rogan Experience, Hacks, and major festivals like Just For Laughs, often shortly after performing on our stage. About The Headliner:

Matty Ryan is a Chicago/NYC stand-up who's been seen on Comedy Central’s Stand Up Featuring (2019; 2022) and as a New Face at Just for Laughs Montreal. His recent television credits include FOX’s Empire, Netflix’s Soundtrack, and NBC’s Chicago Fire. His other credits include MTV’s Acting Out, a supporting role in the indie film Who Gets The Dog opposite Alicia Silverstone and work with The Onion Network. As a standup, Matty has performed at SXSW Comedy Fest, San Francisco Sketch Fest, High Plains Comedy Fest among others, and tours across the country.
