The Pleasanton Lions Club, members of the Yount Family, plus friends of Matthew present the 10th annual Matthew Yount Memorial Golf Tournament!
The tournament will be held at the Pleasanton Fairgrounds Golf Course on Friday, August 2, 2024, from 3:00 – 7:00 pm.

Dinner will be provided by Cabana Dave’s.
Each year, this tournament raises money for scholarships for students from all 3 Pleasanton High Schools and for Cal Poly SLO study abroad programs. In the 9 prior tournaments, we have been able to raise and pay out over $200,000. The George A. Spiliotopoulos Invitational Tournament (GASIT) was a similar tournament that ran for approximately 25 years and raised around $1 million for scholarships.
Tournament details:
When: Friday, August 2, 2023, at 3:00 – shotgun start (Please arrive 15-30 minutes early for check-in)
Where: Pleasanton Fairgrounds Golf Course – nine-hole course inside the race track
Play: Three clubs plus a putter — it makes it a little more fun and the scores are closer
Donations:
