Q: Who is performing at this event?

A: Matthew West and Peter Burton are performing at this show!

Q: How do I sign up family or friends to volunteer with me?

A: To ensure effective communication, individual registration is required for volunteers using their own name, email, phone number, and zip code. For group registration or assistance with multiple sign-ups using the SAME email/phone, email [email protected]. Volunteer spots are limited and given on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: Will we get a free ticket into the concert?

A: When you sign up to volunteer you will not receive a ticket (seat) into the concert.** We will let you take shifts to go in a watch when possible, but cannot promise a seat. You may end up standing in the back. Please note, you will stay busy! It is our best intention to let you see some of the show and we will try our best to allow you time for a break. So plan on working the begining, intermission, and end of the concert.

Q: How important is it that I arrive at my time slot?

A: Very important! We will be checking in All volunteers at the specified time for mandatory training. Please allow time for parking and getting to the entrance.

Q: How late will I need to stay?
A: Merch volunteers arrive 30 minutes prior to first doors (4:30 PM training for 5:00 PM VIP Doors) to be trained and then we will need you until approximately 30-60 minutes after the concert finishes or until the Merch Manager releases you. Please be prepared to stay and help the Merch manager tear down the booth.
