ABOUT THE PROGRAM:One of those common fears that affect businesses every day is the unwillingness to give and receive accountable feedback at all levels. For example, fear of starting an argument, fear of being unliked, fear of hurting someone else’s feelings. Russ has found a common pattern of universal fears that cross workplace cultures and social cultures. His success in revitalizing infrastructure, developing and executing strategic plans, and driving businesses to greater levels of profitability has been shaped by his focus on developing effective teams through dramatic improvements in individual personal development. Recognizing the power of the interpersonal relationships that people share with each other when they are truly open, he launched his consulting company in 2016.
