Matthew Grant is a singer-songwriter based out of Woodstock, Georgia who prefers quirky originals in the vein of John Hiatt, Richard Thompson, Randy Newman and anyone who steers clear of what's expected. Occupying a space that he prefers to call "Americana Adjacent," his music contains of echoes of pop, folk, country, rock and jazz, and provides the listener with something both familiar and different.Outside of the originals that Matthew composes, he covers songs from the sixties through today with a penchant for picking both familiar favorites and whatever catches his ear, which he hopes will become some of your new favorites as well.
