Sunday 22nd Dec: Featuring Matt Trapnells - MAMA SAID DON’T!!There is a reunion brewing for Sydney based Blues Rock band "Mama Said Don't". Matt Trapnell (ex Sly Dogs) is keen to get his old band revved up and roaring for a few select summer shows. The lads played hard in Sydney's classic pub rock era and made the most of touring up and down the coast.
Veteran Blues vocalist, guitarist and harmonica player Matty “Harp Dog” Trapnell leads the Mama’s fray with singer Narelle Thistlethwaite (NLB) , Dave Pye (bass), Stewie Eagles (keys), Basil Daher (drums) and Greg Arnold (guitar).
The sets will include plenty of well honed originals as well as some tasty covers ranging from JJ Cale to Muddy Waters.
