Mats & Minis is a space for mamas to move, reconnect with themselves, meet new friends, and make memories with their minis by their side.

Whether you’re a first-time mama or have been doing this for years, you’re welcome here. Come move your body, build strength, and enjoy a little time for you—without having to leave your mini behind.
