The event includes an interactive live performance by Saroj’s mother, Sushila Patel, featuring singing and tabla, and a participatory textile activity where visitors are invited to stitch, knot, and work with fabric together.

Through sound, rhythm, and material gesture, the event explores themes of migration, memory, and women’s intergenerational knowledge.
