Join me for an information-packed, hands-on photography workshop designed to help you gain greater control over your camera and create stronger, more compelling images.

During this workshop, we’ll cover:

• The Triangle of Exposure — Understand the relationship between aperture, shutter speed, and ISO, and learn how to balance them for the correct exposure.
• Neutral Density (ND) Filters — Learn how and when to use ND filters to control light and achieve creative effects with longer exposures.
• Sunrise Exposure — Learn how to properly meter and expose for a sunrise, preserving detail in both the bright sky and darker foreground.
• Composition — Develop a better eye for composition and learn how to intentionally frame your images for maximum visual impact.
• High Dynamic Range (HDR) — Learn how HDR techniques can give you greater exposure control when dealing with the extreme contrast between a bright sunrise and darker areas of the scene.

This is more than a lecture—you’ll have the opportunity to put these techniques into practice in the field and learn how to make the most of your camera in challenging lighting conditions.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a better understanding of exposure, composition, filters, and HDR, giving you the confidence to capture beautifully exposed and more dynamic sunrise photographs.
