About Gentle Warrior Yoga Flow

This all levels yoga class was created for a gentle start to your Saturday morning. Connect to your breath and awaken the body through mindful stretches, warrior 2, tree pose, and savasana: final relaxation. After class, you can enjoy Crema Cafe located in the paseo!

Bianca created the wellness program at THesis Hotel in 2022. Since then, she has hosted over 2,000 guests in the Paseo through Saturday Morning Yoga classes and wellness events. Her goal is to continue building community and partnering with local facilitators.

Gabriella is a Miami native who fell in love with the practice of yoga about 12 years ago. She has since completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training to deepen her practice. She is also a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) who utilizes an uplifting and powerful approach to her vinyasa flows, incorporating mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork into her sequencing. Gabriella is intentional in creating a safe space for yoga practitioners of all levels to cultivate a beautiful yoga practice.

Bella began her yoga journey in 2018 when she discovered its transformative effects on the mind and body whilst balancing a stressful work schedule. Seeing such positive results, she embarked on sharing her yoga practice with others, completing her 200hr yoga teacher training with the Empowered Yoga School in London, UK, followed by an 80hr pre and post natal specialism at Yoga Renew.

She loves teaching yogis from different backgrounds and age groups, and strives to find a common connection through movement, breath and music. Her classes are playful, and always grounded in yoga dharma in order to imbue the physical practice with deeper purpose and meaning. Her goal is to guide fellow yogis—whether beginners or those looking to deepen their practice—to find balance and strength in their lives and bodies beyond the mat through this transformative tradition.

Stephanie is a dedicated yoga practitioner and certified instructor. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Mukta Yoga in Mexico City under the esteemed guidance of Andrea Borbolla in October 2023. Specializing in Restorative Vinyasa, Stephanie leads classes that are both gentle and challenging, focusing on flows that integrate breath awareness and movement. An approach that is physically rewarding but also mentally soothing, paving the way for a meditative state through movement.

Leti began practicing yoga during her college years, but it wasn’t until 2023 that she discovered the power of healing through yoga. In Early 2023, she stepped into a hot yoga studio called Mimi Yoga, and she loved how it connected her to her breathing, mind, and body. Yoga soon became her sanctuary during a very challenging year. With each gentle stretch, she rediscovered her strength, which became her lifeline in a sea of uncertainty. In 2024, she received her 200-hour instructor certification from Mimi Yoga Studio. Her favorite mantra is: Discomfort means growth.

What to bring:

Please bring your own yoga mat & water bottle for hydration. Yoga mat rentals are free but limited.

Weather:

This class is rain or shine. We have a covered space in the case of rain. However, class will be cancelled for severe thunderstorms. If class is cancelled, you will receive an email.

Parking:

Parking garage entrance is on US1 behind the hotel entrance and is estimated between $3-5 per hour. Their are also limited Pay by Phone parking spots outside of the hotel entrance. Valet is also available - prices vary depending on arrival.

Tickets are limited so please make sure to cancel your spot for someone else if you are no longer able to attend.

You will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival.
