Maternal Wellness Wednesday is NuWaie’s weekly space created for mothers who deserve care that feels gentle, intentional, and human. This midweek reset offers supportive maternal vitals, wellness guidance, and a calm environment where you can reconnect with your body and your identity.

Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or navigating motherhood at any stage, NuWaie provides care that remembers you. Each session includes:

• Maternal vitals + wellness check‑ins
• Emotional and identity support
• Gentle education on maternal health + recovery
• A quiet, grounding space to pause and breathe

Upon arrival, mothers will complete a NuWaie Maternal Wellness Packet designed to help us understand your needs and support you with intention.
