We drink matcha all the time but most of us have no idea where it actually comes from, what makes it good, or how to prepare it properly.

In this workshop we go back to the source. We'll look at how matcha is grown and processed in Japan, what separates premium grade from everything else on the market, and how to prepare it in a way that actually does justice to the leaf.

You'll leave knowing how to taste the difference, how to brew it at home, and what to look for when you buy.

It's a hands-on tasting experience with real matcha and real knowledge behind it.
