Mat Pilates with Sophia Lazich

Join us in store with Sophia Lazich from Rise Studio in Snohomish and TruFusion in Bellevue for a free, all levels Mat Pilates class!

Surprise! Sophia is returning to Bellingham to show off her new (ish) skills as a Pilates instructor! Sophia was an instructor at Ride Culture, barre3 and strength coach at JD Elite. She is extremley missed in the Bellingham community so we are bringing her back for what will be an amazing 45 minutes of core burn.

This class will be held on Sunday morning at lululemon Fairhaven. Doors open at 8:00am, class begins promptly at 8:30am. Classes are open to ages 16+ and reservations through Eventbrite are required.

Make sure to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel!
