Two In-Person Weekends | Limited Spots AvailableJoin us for an immersive Mat Pilates Certification that blends the foundations of Pilates with modern movement science. Led by Mandy Froehlich—studio owner, master trainer, and Pilates teacher since 2003—this comprehensive program is designed for aspiring instructors or anyone ready to deepen their understanding of Pilates.
All students enrolled will get a 10 class pack added to their profile to be used in order to complete course requirements for certification.
Weekend 1
Friday, October 3rd 6-8pm
Saturday, October 4th 1-6pm
Sunday, October 5th 11am-3pm
Weekend 2:
Friday, October 10th 6-8pm
Saturday, October 11th 1-5pm
Sunday, October 12th 11-5pm
Additional Requirements:
10 Observation Hours
10 Class Participation Hours
5 Homework Hours
Total Time Commitment: 50 hours
