Join us for Pilates at The Hardware Store as part of our Wellness Wednesday series in the heart of downtown Brooksville.
Held on the third Wednesday of each month from 6:00–7:30PM, this evening is designed to help you strengthen, lengthen, and reset midweek.
This session will be led by the instructors of Kumquat Pilates, known for their intentional, form-focused approach to movement that builds strength from the inside out.
From 6:00–7:00PM, enjoy a guided Pilates session centered on core strength, controlled movement, and full-body alignment within our beautifully restored historic space. This class is designed to be challenging yet accessible, making it welcoming for all levels.
From 7:00–7:30PM, stay and mingle. Connect with others in the community, build relationships, and enjoy a complimentary healthy treat provided by Zenbodi.
Tickets are $15 + taxes & fees.
