Monthly Mat Pilates with Pilates Ritual at Alura Wellness Spa

After the overwhelming love and feedback from our last Mat Pilates event, we knew this couldn’t be a one-time thing. We’re excited to officially partner with Pilates Ritual for a monthly Mat Pilates series at Alura.

These sessions are thoughtfully designed to build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect you to your body through intentional movement. Expect a supportive, empowering class that meets you where you are—whether you’re new to Pilates or deep into your practice.

Movement is medicine, and when paired with community and consistency, it becomes transformative. We can’t wait to continue this ritual with you, month after month.
