Mat Pilates | Haus of Align

Step into a more intentional way of moving! This all-levels mat Pilates class is designed to help you build strength, improve alignment, and move with greater control and awareness. Whether you are new to Pilates or experienced, you’ll be guided through a sequence that meets you where you are.
