Join us for a gentle 1-hour mat Pilates class designed especially for seniors, led by the wonderful Kelsie! This class focuses on core strength, balance, flexibility, and mindful movement — all at a comfortable pace.
Kelsie will guide you through safe, low-impact exercises on the mat, helping you build strength and mobility while feeling supported every step of the way.
