Looking for a gentle yet effective way to stay active? Chair Pilates offers a low-impact workout performed entirely while seated—perfect for older adults and anyone with limited mobility. This modified form of Pilates helps improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture, all while keeping stress on joints and muscles to a minimum. Ages 55+. Must have a current participant form on file.
Vanessa Pierce, a registered nurse and proud Sylvania native, owns her own Pilates studio and is passionate about wellness. Inspired to give back to her community, Vanessa is bringing a free Chair Pilates class to the Sylvania Senior Center—come join the movement toward better health!
