11th month in 2026 and we're doing great!! Anyone can join us at any time. So, while this isn't a book camp class; the benefits are terrific. We've added a Pilates ball to our workout. This is optional of course. Much attention is given to proper positioning for best benefits. Great place to start with no experience required. Bring some water and your mat. Optional: 9" Pilates Ball
Cost: $15
