Our Mat Pilates Teacher Certification is coming up on June 28 at Soul Strong Yoga!
This one-day, in-person training is designed for aspiring instructors, yoga teachers, fitness professionals, and dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of Pilates and learn to teach with confidence.
Led by Liasa, this immersive certification covers:
• Functional anatomy and Pilates principles
• Intelligent class sequencing
• Safe and effective cueing
• Inclusive modifications and progressions
• Teaching presence and class flow
• Practical tools you can use right away
You'll receive our Mat Pilates Teacher Training Manual, a complete class sequence, and personalized feedback in a small-group learning environment.
No prior teaching experience is required. We do recommend attending at least five Mat Pilates classes before the training.
