Mat Pilates is a full-body, low-impact workout that focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing core stability. Using your own body weight (and occasionally small props like bands or balls), each class is designed to strengthen and lengthen muscles while promoting proper alignment and control.
You’ll move through a series of intentional, controlled exercises that target the deep core, glutes, arms, and posture muscles—helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body. Emphasis is placed on breath, precision, and mindful movement, making it both physically effective and mentally grounding.
Mat Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications and progressions offered throughout class
