The City of Roanoke and ArtsNET are pleased to welcome Wanda King Big Band for a concert on Thursday, May 25, 2023 from 6:30pm to 8pm at Roanoke.
Wanda is the daughter of Blues legend Freddie King. She accepted the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame award for her late father Freddie King who was inducted into the ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME 2012.
The City of Roanoke and ArtsNET present free performances on selected evenings throughout the year through the MasterWorks Series. The series is designed to offer the community a variety of quality family entertainment by utilizing the talent of local, regional, and national artists.
