Mastering Urban Street Photography - Montreal Quebec

Join us this October in the heart of Montréal for an immersive Street & Architecture Photography Workshop designed to help you slow down, observe differently, and create images with intention.
From October 14th–18th, 2026, photographers Karen Casey and Maurice Henri will guide you through the streets of Old Montréal and beyond, exploring light, shadow, human connection, storytelling, composition, architecture, and the art of anticipation.
This workshop is about more than camera settings.
It’s about learning how to truly SEE.
Throughout the experience, we’ll photograph together during curated photo walks, sunrise and evening outings, cafés, alleyways, underground spaces, historic architecture, reflections, silhouettes, layered moments, and the beautiful unpredictability of street life.
You’ll receive:
• Guided street photography outings
• Creative exercises and challenges
• Group discussions and image critiques
• Personal feedback and mentorship
• Education on storytelling, composition, timing, and presence
• An inspiring creative environment surrounded by fellow photographers
Whether you’re new to street photography or looking to deepen your artistic vision, this workshop is designed to push your creativity and help you create more meaningful work.
Limited spots available to keep the experience intimate and hands-on.
