You are the entire ocean, in a drop.” - RumiWe’re at a point in our evolution where we have to move beyond the ego… the one thing that keeps us stuck in our head, cycling through self-limiting beliefs, patterns of separation and division, and never feeling like we’re enough.
This is the nature of our materialistic mind, it tricks us into chasing the next thing, thinking fulfillment lives outside of us, or in something more. But more and more we are understanding the truth: increased materialism, ownership, power and control only leads to increased dysfunction and more mental dis-ease.
The outer world exists to show us that wholeness is found within, reminding us that we are the entire ocean in a drop.
The most direct way back to this inner truth is through reconnecting with our energy body. The Energy Body is who we are at our core. Before we were born, it was all we knew. When we die, it’s what we return to. What keeps us from living in our energy body is the veil of the mind; the ego and the illusion of separation.
It is time to become “unveiled.”

In this workshop, we’ll strip away the confusion and make The Energy Body simple. We’ll explore the chakras, the light body, the subtle body, the aura, the radiant body, etc. (they all relate to the energy body) as direct experiences you can feel and embody. We’ll practice Kundalini Yoga to access it, breathwork to shift us from the physical body into the energy body, and wisdom to help you carry this into your daily life.
You’ll learn how to activate, protect, and project your energy. You’ll learn how to clear the weight of past karma and stop carrying toxic energy that was never yours to begin with. And, you’ll learn this in a way that is simple to understand and apply to your life. Once you understand what your energy body really is, and what’s been holding you back from your divine nature…life becomes radiant.
