Chef Frederick will teach you how to make delicious chocolate treats while teaching you essential techniques for working with chocolate. First, make a cinnamon-spiced brigadeiro sweetened with agave and a little spice from cayenne. You'll work with cacao butter and cacao powder to give this treat a rich chocolatey flavor. Next, make a classic hazelnut fudge using cacao butter and cacao powder. Add in hazelnuts for a little bit of a crunch.
