Featuring guest prefumer Chavalia Mwamba, founder of Pink MahogHany, this event explores how the spark of self-awareness found in Pilates movement can be translated into sophisticated fragrance formulation.

The Morning: Alignment & Awareness Your day begins at Precision, a local woman-owned studio, for a specialized Pilates session. Designed to release the physical tension of a week on the trade show floor, these sessions focus on core stability and breathwork. This physical centering serves as the creative catalyst for the afternoon; by quieting the noise of the industry, we unlock the intuitive "spark" necessary for original olfactive design.

Mid-Day: The Technical Perfumery Lab Transition to our state-of-the-art laboratory for a deep dive into the chemistry of scent. Led by Chavalia Mwamba, this two-part intensive includes:

• The Masterclass: A 1-hour professional lecture on fragrance architecture, raw material selection, and the psychology of scent using the Jean Carles Perfume Method.

• The Formulation Lab: A hands-on technical session where you will develop a professional fine fragrance. Participants will choose their delivery system—Fine Fragrance or Fragrance Oil—incorporating the inspiration gathered during their morning movement.

Lunch & Learn: Mental Decompression A curated midday break featuring light, restorative nourishment and a guided discussion on mental wellness for STEM professionals and beauty entrepreneurs. We address the unique challenges of scaling and maintaining creative flow in a high-pressure industry.

The Evening: Optional Networking Reception Conclude the experience with an optional evening social at a nearby lounge, allowing for intimate networking with fellow formulators and industry leaders in a relaxed, sophisticated setting.
