Mastering Middle School: A Workshop
About this Event
Is your tween heading into middle school this fall? That nervous, "are we ready for this?" feeling is completely normal — and you're not alone.
Mastering Middle School is a hands-on workshop designed for parents and their incoming middle schoolers to work through together — before day one ever arrives.
This isn't a lecture. Your tween isn't sitting quietly while you take notes. This is real, side-by-side work where your tween builds the systems they'll actually need — and walks out feeling ready.
Your tween will walk away with:
- A detailed plan for tracking every teacher's expectations and how to communicate with them
- A personal organization system built for how their brain works (no accordion folders!)
- A real locker plan — including how to actually open it
- A homework routine built around systems, not fights
You'll walk away with:
- A shared calendar system with real accountability
- A signed cell phone contract the whole family lives by
- A simple, low-pressure way for your tween to say "I need to talk"
- Real ways to plug into their school this year
This workshop was built for every kind of learner — including students with ADHD, executive function challenges, or brains that just work a little differently.
