About this Event
From managing projects to handling finances, marketing, and HR—construction business owners often find themselves juggling countless roles. This constant multitasking can lead to overwhelm, burnout, and a struggle to achieve sustainable growth.
Join us for a hands-on, interactive workshop where we’ll explore the challenges of balancing multiple responsibilities as a construction business owner. Through guided discussions, we will explore strategies to overcome common pain points, identify ways to better manage time and resources, and provide actionable solutions to help you refocus your energy on the areas that matter most.
