Join us for the third workshop in the 'Mastering Diversity' training series with Bernie Davies, inspired by her book We Go Together or Not at All. In this 3-hour morning workshop, gain valuable insights on fostering workplace diversity and inclusion.

In partnership with Bernie, this month's workshop is hosted at Tramshed Tech Palace Swansea however there is the opportunity to join us at others across our Newport, Barry, and Swansea sites, running from November to May.

• Personal journey of a Black female lawyer in corporate world

2. Examining Privilege

• Unpacking personal privilege
• Discussing white privilege and unconscious bias
• Group exercises on privilege in various sectors

3. Workplace Inequities and Change

• Identifying separating and unifying practices
• Power to enact change at work

4. Practical Allyship Actions

• Individual, interpersonal, and structural levels
• Active Allyship Framework

These workshops are designed for professionals at all levels in tech, digital, and creative industries, with a focus on Welsh businesses and entrepreneurs. They're open to both Tramshed Tech members and non-members interested in fostering diversity and inclusion in their workplaces, regardless of their background or current understanding of allyship.
