Masterclass: Paid,Purposeful & In Demand | An Erickson evening in Amsterdam
About this Event
Paid, Purposeful & In Demand
A Masterclass with Nadezhda Mihaylova in Amsterdam
Build a coaching practice that brings together who you are, whom you serve, and how you charge.
What does it take to build a coaching practice that feels authentic to you—and is sustainable for the long term?
Join us in Amsterdam on 3 October for an interactive masterclass with Nadezhda, followed by an evening of connection with the Erickson coaching community.
Designed for both coaches and those aspiring to become coaches, this evening is an opportunity to explore what happens beyond developing great coaching skills: finding your place in the market, understanding the people you want to serve, communicating your value, and building a practice around work that matters to you.
If you’re already coaching, come ready to look at your practice with fresh eyes. If you’re considering becoming a coach, think of this as a glimpse into what your future in coaching could look like—and a chance to meet people who are already on that journey.
What You’ll Explore
During the 90-minute masterclass, we’ll explore how to:
- Clarify who you are as a coach and what you want to be known for
- Identify whom you want to serve and create greater focus in your practice
- Communicate your value with clarity and confidence
- Approach pricing with intention, connecting what you charge with the practice you want to build
- Bring these elements together to create a coaching practice that feels purposeful, authentic and sustainable
And the learning doesn’t end when the masterclass does.
We’ll spend the rest of the evening connecting over drinks and snacks, giving you time to exchange ideas, meet fellow coaches and aspiring coaches, and get to know more of the Erickson community in the Netherlands.
Who Is It For?
Practicing coaches:
Whether you’re building your first client base or refining an established practice, you’ll have space to step back, reflect and explore your next stage of growth.
