Masterclass med skuespiller og iscenesætter Mihaela Dragan og skuespiller Zita Moldovan fra scenekunstgruppen Guivlipen, der er en unik mulighed for at få indsigt i arbejdet med biografisk materiale som kunstnerisk materiale.
OM GIUVLIPEN
Giuvlipen betyder feminisme på romanisproget og er det første uafhængige feministiske roma-teaterkompagni i Rumænien. Forestillingernes temaer er forskellige, men har alle noget til fælles: De sætter fokus på emner, som ofte er blevet fortiet af årsager, der har med historie, mentalitet og sociale eller politiske begrænsninger at gøre. I forestillingerne søger de at genvinde romaernes kunst, historie og kulturelle identitet gennem historier, fortalt af roma-kunstnere selv. Giuvlipen blev etableret i 2014 af skuespillerne Mihaela Dragan og Zita Moldovan.

The masterclass with actor and director Mihaela Dragan and actor Zita Moldovan from the performing arts group Guivlipen is a unique opportunity to gain insight into working with biographical material as artistic material.
ABOUT GIUVLIPEN
Giuvlipen means feminism in the Romani language and is the first independent Roma feministtheater company in Romania. The themes of the performances are diverse, but they all have something in common: they openly discuss topics that history, mentality and social or political constraints have often silenced. In each show, they seek to reclaim the art, history and cultural identity of Roma, through stories told by Roma artists themselves. Giuvlipen was established in 2014 by actresses Mihaela Dragan and Zita Moldovan.
