Master Your Mind and Life Course

In this course you learn how you can master your own emotions and thoughts to be able to live a happier life and achieve your goals and true potential. You’ll also learn communication and relationship skills, invaluable for success in life. The course is every Saturday with 18 different workshops that are taught on a revolving basis so if you miss a Saturday you can make it up.

The course consists of:

• A series of interactive workshops on topics about life, emotions and your mind.
• Each workshop includes a session of practical application that addresses your negative emotions and mental barriers and are designed to increase happiness, confidence and peace of mind.
• Communication skills course with practice excercises to improve your communication ability.
• The manual "Self Analysis" by L. Ron Hubbard.

Enroll any Saturday to begin this course. Workshop runs from 2 pm to 4 pm.

People who want to improve their relationships and communication skills.
