Audience: open to everyone. Assume no prior background, a mix of curious newcomers, a few Autobiography of a Yogi readers, some already-initiated practitioners, and at least a few polite sceptics.
Purpose: not to teach Kriya, but to make an unfamiliar practice feel credible, ordinary and worth a weekend — and to lower the barrier to registering for October 3–4.
