Over the years I’ve realized the whole purpose of taking any Reiki class / level is to make your life easier and more joyful.
It allows for space and stillness in order, to view more clearly, how you are interacting with the world around you!
Just even the tiniest shifts can COMPLETELY change your experience, in the most magical ways.

In truth You Are the One You’ve been searching for. Understanding Reiki more deeply ( life force energy ) just makes it easier to do the things we KNOW will help soothe your anxiety. The word Reiki is Japanese – directly translated, it means “spiritual energy”. It can be compared to the words prana (Sanskrit) and chi (Chinese). Basically, Reiki is the energy that animates throughout the universe. It is benevolent and expansive and it is within each one of us.
When we practice Reiki, we strip away the layers and layers of muck that are concealing our true brilliance and purpose. This mucky energy may manifest in feelings of unworthiness, anxiety, hopelessness, sadness or in physical symptoms like headaches, muscle pain, stomach troubles…the list goes on.

Day # 2
* Receive Reiki Teacher attunement
* Learn the many steps of how to attune someone to Reiki and how to share Reiki on your own, to offer classes for your friends and family.
