Whether your partner loves a dirty martini, an old fashioned, or a perfectly balanced negroni, this hands-on class will give you the skills and confidence to create cocktails that impress.

You'll be welcomed with a complimentary cocktail before diving into a guided experience at their own stations. Under the instructor’s guidance, you’ll learn essential bartending techniques, explore a selection of great date night cocktails (featuring Trillium spirits), and create a stirred cocktail to enjoy at the end of the class. Throughout the session, you’ll pick up tips, techniques, and recipes to recreate these drinks at home for future date nights.
