Day 1: Presentations & Workshops

Maskculinity: Living Beyond The Mask by Malik Sankara. In this powerful presentation, Malik Sankara will address the concept of "maskculinity," exploring how societal expectations often lead men to wear emotional masks that hinder personal authenticity and connection. The Phoenix Path to Self Mastery: by Chiemeka Ugoji. Chiemeka will guide participants through the transformative journey of self-mastery, using the metaphor of the phoenix rising from its ashes. This presentation will explore the importance of resilience, personal growth, and the power of embracing challenges as catalysts for change.

Shadow Work: by Albert Noble Seven. Albert will delve into the concept of shadow work, helping participants confront and integrate their hidden aspects. The Esoteric Elements: of Man by HonouRebel. HonouRebel will explore the deeper, often overlooked aspects of masculinity, drawing on esoteric wisdom. Day 2: Embodiment Practices
The second day emphasizes physical and mental embodiment through engaging activities. Participants will experience:
Movement & Flow: an interactive movement session led by Jerome Marshall, focusing on rhythm and flow.
Creature Somatics: Exploring the Inner Beast, a workshop led by Ace Ruele that dives into the complexities of our inner selves, facilitating emotional expression and connection through creature performance.
Sound Healing: guided by David Is King, where participants will immerse themselves in restorative sound frequencies to enhance relaxation and inner peace.
This will culminate in a closing ceremony, providing a space for reflection and celebration of growth, as participants set intentions for their ongoing journeys.
