This year, 2026, MIGRANTES UNIDOS is once again inviting you to celebrate with us in London the 52 Years of the April 25th Portuguese Carnation Revolution with a lunch at A Toca Restaurant on Saturday, April 25th, from 12:30 onwards. To book, click on the button "Reserve a spot".
The celebration of this pivotal date, which signals the overturn of 48 years of Dictatorship and beginning of Portuguese Democracy, continues to be important and urgent as the threats to freedom and a fairer society are growing by the day, not only in Portugal.
To celebrate freedom and the Portuguese Revolution together is also to affirm that the society we want is one that values freedom, tolerance, respect for all human beings, and rejects social and economic inequality, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, sexism and promotes international solidarity.
In addition to the now traditional fixed price menu of excellent Portuguese food, there will be music and activities celebrating the values of the 25th of April 1974.
