MASA Athletics will once again be at the Virginia Scottish Games, The Plains, VA on Saturday September 5, 2026.
Please note this event notice ONLY concerns ATHLETICS. For all other information regarding the festival, please see the festival website www.vascottishgames.org.
Registration will open on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at approximately noon at www.heavyathlete.com for:
- Men – Open and LW
- Women - Open and LW
Also competing on Saturday, by invitation only - Professionals, Elite, and Adaptive Athletes.
As a general rule, each class must have 5 paid registrants Wednesday prior to an event or they will be rolled into another appropriate class.
Expect throwing to start at 9 am, set up at or 8 am. Athletes must compete in all events.
