Welcome to Marés Season 5, an elevated chapter of training, creation, and performance.
To our Season 1–4 dancers, thank you for growing alongside us. Your dedication is the backbone of this company. And to those stepping into Marés for the first time, welcome to our dance family. We are excited to move, train, and create together.
This season is designed for dancers ready to rise. Through intentional, focused training, we’ll develop both the technical and expressive depth required for elite-level performance on stage and on camera.
🌊 WHAT WE’LL TRAIN
Over the coming months, dancers will train in:
• Brazilian Zouk
• Heels
• Modern / Contemporary
• Lifts & tricks
• Partner dance skills
• Performance quality & storytelling
This training emphasizes body awareness, alignment, flow, connection, and emotional expression, allowing your movement to live fully beyond the studio and onto the screen.
🎥 SEASON STRUCTURE
Part 1: Video Production | February–June
Part 2: Brazilian Zouk World Championships Prep | June–August
Every Marés season includes a major Video Project, helping dancers connect technique with expression, presence, and camera performance.

February is open to dancers interested in auditioning, training with the company, or experiencing Marés before committing to the full season.
💵 TUITION (FEBRUARY)
• $160 – Full Month of February
• $45 – Drop-in per class

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early
• Rehearsals begin promptly at 8:30 PM
• Zoom option available when communicated at least 24 hours in advance
• Consistent attendance is required for performance and competition eligibility
