Maryland Physicians Care Eastpoint Mall Health and Resource Fair

Welcome to the Eastpoint Mall Health Fair!

Join us for a day of fun and education at our Free Community Resource Fair! The event will be held indoors on Wednesday, November, 6th, 2024 at 7839 Eastpoint Mall from 10:00am-3:00pm. Come inside the mall entrance closest to Gabe's clothing store. Come learn about free healthcare. We will also have many organizations in attendance with resources and free giveaways. Don't miss out on this opportunity to jumpstart your journey to a healthier lifestyle! Tickets are not Required; all members of the community are welcomed!

Vendors providing free community resources are welcome. We have 20 vendor spots left. First come, first serve. To reserve your vendor spot, please complete the Google form link: https://forms.gle/pfUNdKV8WcpNJ2uz5 Please register by October 28th. Additional information will be provided closer to the date. Must bring table and chairs. Event is indoors.
