Mary Jo Neumann's Balance & Mobility Class

Mary Jo Neumann’s Balance & Mobility Class will return on Friday, September 11. The class will help people build their balance and mobility, which will help them feel safer when moving from place to place.
The class will meet on Fridays from 9:00 to 9:40 am in the Sacred Heart School Gym. The class is free for parishioners. Spots are limited. Call the Parish Office at (920) 921-0580 ext. 101 to register.
Please note you must be able to walk without an assistive device like a cane, walker, or wheelchair to participate.
