League Sign Up and Communication:

Game Components:
Models: Third-party proxy models are permissible provided they accurately represent the character they’re proxying and is on the appropriately sized base for the model they are proxying.
Tokens and dice: Third-party tokens are permissible provided they accurately represent the game effect they’re intended to reflect. Third-party dice are permissible on the condition that it does not confuse the opposing player. For example, dice where an affiliation or character symbol replaces the crit symbol.
Cards: Only the crises found in the 2023 Crisis Pack and War of Kings may be used. All cards must be up to date. Official PDFs of the revisions can be found here at AMG’s website: https://www.atomicmassgames.com/mcp-rules/
Roster Construction:
Rosters follow the normal construction rules: 10 characters, 10 team tactics cards, 5 extract crisis cards, and 5 secure crisis cards.
Extended observes no banned or restricted Team Tactics Cards or Crisis Cards from those mentioned in the “Game Components” section above.
Players will submit one full roster, which is to be the only roster they may use for the duration of the league. These rosters should be submitted via discord or direct message to the EO (in the case of Spring 2026 league, Necronomitron). There will be a document containing the rosters pinned to the League Pairings channel in Secret Door’s Discord.
Infractions and Consequences:
Keeping cards updated will be done on the honor system, with oversight being done by match opponents at their own discretion. We understand that this is not the most thorough way of monitoring, but it’s the most pragmatic considering the nature of league scheduling. Players can confirm suspected cards via Jarvis Protocol. https://www.jarvis-protocol.com/ If an out of date card is found and contested, the card will be audited by a staff member of Secret Door or the EO if the EO is present. If the card is out of date, the occurrence will be entered into the league logs.
First infraction per league results in a warning.
Second infraction per league results in immediate compulsory forfeiture on the part of the offending player.
Third infraction per league results in expulsion from the remainder of the league.
Match-ups, Rankings, and Byes:
The league will run for five Phases and will incur a league fee of $25 to be paid prior to a player’s first match. This fee covers a player’s table fees for the duration of the league.
League Phases will begin every other Sunday. It will be the responsibility of the players to set a date for the match. If this agreed upon date is missed, the player responsible for the match’s cancellation will be considered to have forfeit and the winner will be rewarded event points as though they were given a bye.
Match-ups for Phase 1 will be determined at random. For Phases 2-5, players will be matched at random with other players with the same number of event points. In the event that there are an odd number of players with the same number of event points, one player will be chosen at random to be matched with a player ranked with the next highest amount of event points.
In the event the league has an odd number of players, for Phase 1, the EO will receive the bye to ensure the other players have the opportunity to participate in the first phase of the league. For every Phase after that, the bye will go to the player with the lowest number of event points that has not yet had a bye.
Byes are considered a win for the purpose of event points.
Event points are rewarded as follows: Win-3 EP, Loss-0 EP, Draw-1 EP
If both players have the same number of VP at the end of Round 6, or both reach 16 VPs in the same cleanup phase, the game is a draw.
If, at the end of Phase 5 there is a tie for 1st place, the tie will be broken by who has scored the most VPs throughout the league. If there is still a tie, there will be a tiebreaker match.
Prizes
Over the course of the league, Secret Door will hold one or more painting competitions, spotlighting league models on SDG’s social media. Winners will be chosen by popular vote. These winners will also receive prizes at the end of the season at the discretion of the EO and Secret Door Games.
League rankings will be determined by EPs scored through the league and any necessary tie breaking rules.
Prizes, chosen by Secret Door Games, will be awarded to players based on their final ranking.
