Back for the season, Genisa is hosting cocktail classes once again! Next up is the Martini!--
What makes the Classic Martini so iconic? How did this century-old cocktail come to be, and more complexing, how has it stood the test of time amongst the ever-evolving trends of the cocktail world?
Join us as we learn from Bar Manager Kris Latka as she walks us through what defines a true Martini! Then, roll up your sleeves and put your new knowledge to the test as we get hands-on and practice making some great varieties of Martinis, from classic to dessert. Best of all, we'll get to enjoy the fruits of our labor as we sip on all of the drinks we make!
Kris will also discuss how to properly stock your home bar; what tools are essential for a functional bar, what liquors every home bar should have, and the toys and secrets that can make you look like a pro at your next dinner party.
