Martial BodyworkVi inviterer til en ny runde med Martial Bodywork på Third Place.
Dette er en workshop med fokus på bevisstgjøring og frigjøring av psykologiske, emosjonelle og relasjonelle spenninger. Vi jobber gjennom lekne partnerøvelser, hvor pust, naturlige bevegelser og oppmerksomhet står sentralt.
Martial Bodywork bygger på elementer fra kampkunst, qigong og kommunikasjon, og gir deg en praktisk og direkte inngang til å utforske samspill – både med deg selv og andre.
Workshopen passer for nybegynnere. Begrenset antall plasser.
Dørene åpner 18:00 så du har tid til å lande før vi begynner. For å bevare kontinuiteten i sirkelen, ber vi om at du kommer før kl. 18:30. Slutt senest 21:00.

We’re hosting a new round of Martial Bodywork at Third Place.
This workshop focuses on awareness and the release of psychological, emotional, and relational tensions. The approach is playful and experiential, using partner exercises where breathing, natural movement, and attention are key elements.
Martial Bodywork draws on principles from martial arts, qigong, and communication, offering a practical and direct way to explore interaction – both with yourself and others.
The workshop is open to beginners. Limited spots available.
Doors open at 6:00 PM, giving you time to settle in before we begin. To maintain the continuity of the circle, we ask that you arrive before 18:30 PM. We conclude by 21:00 PM at the latest.
