This workshop will teach self-defense techniques that are east to learn and effective in real life situations. Providing essential skills for staying safe in unpredictable situations.

Presenters: Mike Biddle & Molly Tynan
Mike Biddle and Molly Tynan have more than 30 years of experience teaching martial arts, currently owning Knockout Studio and Downtown Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) in Fond du Lac. Mike and Molly have taught youth through UFC level fighters as well as s NHL and NFL athletes!
