INCLUDED IN YOUR EXPERIENCE
• Two nights (Friday & Saturday) lodging for you and your spouse at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Streetsboro, Ohio.
• Three (3) meals on Saturday (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and two (2) meals on Sunday (breakfast and lunch) for you and your spouse. Catering for this event will be provided by Honeybaked Ham and Ruby Tuesday restaurants.
• All program materials used during your experience as well as access to marriage enrichment materials following your experience.
LODGING
We want your Marriage Encounter – Streetsboro, Ohio, experience to be as stress-free as possible for the two of you, so we have already negotiated a contract for your lodging with Fairfield Inn & Suites. You only need to pre-register, pack your bags, and show up!
COST
• $100 per couple application fee
• This payment is required at time of online application using your credit/debit card, or with registration and payment offline by check.
• Financial assistance is available for those in need – please contact us prior to applying.
IMPORTANT
Deadline to apply is October 16, 2026, as Fairfield Inn & Suites requires release of all unused rooms after that date. Applications received after the deadline will be dependent upon the availability of rooms.
REFUNDS
The $100/couple application fee is refundable if you cancel on or before October 16, 2026. Payments received and/or refund requests made after October 16 cannot be accommodated due to contractual guarantees with Fairfield Inn & Suites.
DONATION OPPORTUNITY
Lutheran Marriage Encounter is a 501(c)3 organization that depends entirely on couple contributions to continue this ministry. During your Marriage Encounter – Streetsboro, Ohio, experience you will be given the opportunity to contribute the actual cost of this experience – $315 per couple – to help Lutheran Marriage Encounter pay for lodging, use of the conference room space, and meals. Your contribution is completely voluntary, and we thank you for any donation you can make!
