Enrich your relationship with your spouse on our
Manchester Connecticut Marriage Encounter experience!
The casual atmosphere of this experience will enhance your ability to put your marriage first – giving you and your spouse the opportunity to enjoy this precious time together away from jobs, chores, and other responsibilities.
You will learn unique, loving, and effective communication techniques during each session of this experience that will help you discover a new and more joyful way to experience your marriage relationship.
INCLUDED IN YOUR EXPERIENCE
• Thursday and Friday evening sessions from 6:30 – 9:30 pm EDT at Trinity Covenant Church, 302 Hackmatack Street, Manchester, Connecticut. Light dinner (soup and sandwich) provided each evening.
• Saturday session from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm EDT at the church. Continental breakfast (with a protein option) and lunch provided.
• All program materials used during your experience as well as access to marriage enrichment materials following your experience.
• Inquiries regarding childcare are encouraged.
LODGING
We want your Manchester, Connecticut, Marriage Encounter experience to be as stress-free as possible for the two of you, so if you are coming from outside the greater Manchester area, we recommend that you reserve a room for two (2) nights lodging at one of these fine hotels:
• Hampton Inn and Suites, Hartford-Manchester, 1432 Pleasant Valley Rd, Manchester, CT 06042
• Courtyard by Marriott, Hartford-Manchester, 225 Slater St, Manchester, CT 06042
• Holiday Inn Express, Vernon-Manchester, 346 Kelly Rd, Vernon, CT 06066
These facilities are an easy drive to Trinity Covenant Church without dealing with traffic in or out of Hartford.
Please note that your hotel/breakfast cost will be an additional cost that you will pay directly to your hotel and is separate from the program cost.
COST
• $100/couple – making this transformational experience only $50 per person!
• This payment is required at time of online application using your credit/debit card, or with registration and payment offline by check.
• Financial assistance for the program cost is available for those in need – please contact us prior to applying.
IMPORTANT
Deadline to apply is February 12, 2025; however, space at Trinity Covenant Church for this event is limited and may fill up sooner than the registration deadline.
REFUNDS
The $100/couple cost is refundable if you cancel on or before February 12, 2025. Payments received and/or refund requests made after February 12, 2025 cannot be accommodated.
“PAY IT FORWARD” OPPORTUNITY
Lutheran Marriage Encounter is a 501(c)3 organization that depends entirely on couple contributions to continue this ministry. We offer assistance through our “Dream Fund” to couples whose finances cannot stretch to cover the per couple cost.
On Sunday afternoon of your Manchester, Connecticut, Marriage Encounter experience you will be given the opportunity to contribute to Lutheran Marriage Encounter’s “Dream Fund” to help us provide this experience to more couples by contributing the actual per couple cost of $125 for this experience that Lutheran Marriage Encounter must pay to the venue for use of the space and for the meals provided. Your contribution is completely voluntary and we thank you for any donation you can make.
