The MARP Fall Conference offers opportunities to enhance professional skills, connect with peers, advocate for our field, and support rehabilitation service providers.
Conference Agenda:
8:30 am: Registration, continental breakfast and networking/visiting with vendors.
9:00 am: Greta Bormann/MARP President- Welcome.
9:00 am – 10:00 am: Heather Anderson, Job Service Program Coordinator/Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED): “CareerForce Services - What We Offer.”
10:00 am – 11:00 am: Marilyn Corrigan, Leadership and Communications Consultant: “Dealing Effectively with Difficult People.”
11:00 am – 12:00 pm: Lunch and networking/visiting with vendors.
12:00 pm – 2:00 pm: Ingrid Christensen, President and Founder/INGCO International and Alex Trevino, Attorney/Alex Trevino Law, PLLC: “Navigating Cultural Nuances and Legal Responsibilities”, “Ethical and Professional Responsibilities of Interpreters, "Interactive Q&A and Case Studies”
